If the cheese is cooked until it turns on top of the pizza, then it is safe to eat in pregnancy. If cheese is added to the end of the kitchen, or after cooking (this is common with softer cheeses) then they are not sure to eat as they have not been properly heated. If you are ordering a pizza or pancake that has a soft blue cheese on it, then ask that you cook with the rest of the topping or for longer than usual.
